Job Description:We are looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our CEO. The successful candidate will manage the CEO’s busy schedule, organize travel arrangements, prepare reports and presentations, and handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality. The Executive Assistant will also act as the primary liaison for internal and external communications, ensuring effective coordination and communication.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the CEO’s calendar and schedule appointments
• Arrange travel logistics and prepare detailed itineraries
• Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents
• Handle incoming communications and prioritize correspondence
• Conduct research and compile data as required
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

• Possession of at least a Class 3A driving license for occasional personal errands
• organizational and time management skills
• verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Bachelor’s degree
