The Assistant/Manager, Market Access, plays a critical role in shaping the committee’s agenda to advance market access strategies across the Asia-Pacific region. The position focuses on driving committee initiatives, coordinating key stakeholders, and navigating complex healthcare and access landscapes to ensure optimal market access for member companies. The role requires a strategic mindset, deep understanding of healthcare systems, and the ability to execute projects in collaboration with industry leaders, KoL’s, policymakers, and partners.

As Manager/Assistant Manager - Digital Health, you will be part of the APACMed’s Digital Health Committee Team and work directly with the Director – Digital Health to advance digital health in the Asia Pacific through knowledge creation, advocacy and policy shaping. You will be responsible for assisting in committee related activities, including, ideating, coordinating and execution of projects, from concept stage to completion. This includes generating project documentation, creating and tracking tasks, managing priorities and requests, managing risks and impact, providing project support and maintaining a master schedule of all projects and activities. You will also be required to create and maintain clear channels of communication with both internal and external stakeholders. This position reports directly to the Director, Market Access.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Committee Agenda and Workstreams:

• Drive the development and execution of the Market Access Committee’s agenda, ensuring alignment with the association's strategic goals.
• Lead specific workstreams and initiatives under the committee’s purview, from inception to completion.
• Develop project scopes, define objectives, and craft actionable plans to deliver measurable outcomes.

Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including payors, policymakers, healthcare providers, and industry leaders, to achieve committee goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with trade associations, government bodies, and other key partners in the region.
• Serve as a key liaison between committee members, ensuring effective communication and alignment on priorities.

Policy Advocacy and Thought Leadership:

• Draft policy recommendations, position papers, and advocacy materials that reflect industry priorities and support market access goals.
• Conduct research to identify policy gaps and opportunities, developing white papers, concept notes, and reports as needed.

Event Planning and Execution:

• Organize and manage events such as workshops, roundtables, and forums related to market access, including topic selection, speaker engagement, sponsor management, and logistics coordination.
• Develop post-event documentation, summarizing key discussions, recommendations, and insights.

Market Access Monitoring and Analysis:

• Monitor and analyze policy developments, reimbursement trends, and regulatory changes impacting market access in the region.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the committee and the association’s leadership.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Policy, Health Policy, Healthcare Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in market access, public policy, or healthcare strategy/consulting, trade associations, preferably within the MedTech or broader healthcare industry.
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a deep understanding of healthcare systems and reimbursement frameworks.

As a Supply Chain Assistant at CPO, you will be an integral part of our logistics and operations team, providing support in various aspects of the supply chain process. From inventory management to customer communication, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and information. Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Handling: Inspect, sort, pack, arrange, categorize, and scan products according to established procedures to ensure accuracy and quality.
2. Data Entry: Perform basic data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and track inventory and order status.
3. Customer Communication: Respond to email inquiries from customers promptly and professionally, providing updates on order status and addressing any concerns or questions.
4. Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
5. Shipping Documentation: Assist with the preparation of shipping documents, including packing slips, bills of lading, and shipping labels.

7. Process Improvement: Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the supply chain.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain role preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic computer skills required.

Reporting to the Director, the Assistant Director leads a team in planning and operationalizing programs, including marketing for the Hua Mei Training Academy under Tsao Foundation. He/she will engage various stakeholders including faculty/trainers for effective delivery of offerings; end users for appropriate application of knowledge learnt; development team through regular portfolio viability review exercise which will eventually lead towards implementable business opportunities.

The Assistant Director will be the driver for establishing rapport and building strong relationship with key partners for advocacy purposes and participating in other continuous improvement projects for business sustainable growth and development to serve the ultimate stakeholders relevantly and timely.

Responsibilities:

Business Development / Marketing

• Market new and existing programs, plan and manage attachment programs from external institutions
• Participate in networking, sharing and collaboration with professional teams from various sectors to identify and develop new training needs and initiatives
• Work with Director to reinforce the Training Academy’s branding through marketing and delivering consistent quality programs

Programme Management

• Lead the operations of the Training Academy to ensure compliance with government funding requirements such as SSG, AIC, C3A, NSA and CPE guidelines and any other government bodies.
• Lead and manage the Organisation’s academic programmes (e.g. nursing, gerontology, counselling etc.), corporate workshops and community talks
• Ensure the smooth operations of end-to-end programme execution and delivery from planning course schedule, recruit, execution to graduation
• Coordinate with trainers or lecturers to contribute their creative, professional expertise, talents and skills to deliver quality and relevant training courses

Operations

• Preparation and consolidation of reports based on internal (Management) and external (CPE, SSG, AIC, NSA, Funding Projects) requirement.
• Familiar with TPGateway platform and TMS.
• Manage appeal process, grievances and complaints
• Manage Audit process from government bodies e.g. CPE, SSG, AIC, NSA
• Plan and develop appropriate systems and procedures for the effective administration of programs
• Oversee the calendar of training activities and ensure smooth admin and delivery of programs
• Oversee the co-ordination of training logistics and placement activities for programs through interface with clients, training partners and trainers to ensure operational requirements of the Organisation and clients are met

People Management

• Provide leadership to teams, and develop them through staff engagement, providing learning and coaching.

Front Desk Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous and professional frontline customer service for the counselling centre.
• Manage appointments, including scheduling, sending reminders, and ensuring room bookings are accurate.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and therapists, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Provide clients with information about services, pricing, and policies.
• Ensure the room is prepared before each session, including refreshments, and maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the centre.
• Collect payments and send the necessary information to the finance department.
• Uphold confidentiality of both client and therapist information.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Maintain and upkeep the office space, ensuring everything is in order.
• Handle email and phone inquiries, forwarding them to the relevant person in charge.
