Responsible for managing procurement operations for an organisation’s projects, a Senior Procurement Executive ensures that all procurement activities and processes meet quality standards. • Data Entry & Reporting: Manage project databases, enter data, and generate reports related to project progress, budgets, and timelines. Maintain accurate records of project costs and expenses.
• Procurement Assistance: Help with ordering materials and supplies for renovation projects, tracking deliveries, and maintaining inventory levels.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to project managers, executives, and other staff, including handling phone calls, filing, ordering office supplies, and maintaining office equipment.

Qualifications:

• diploma or equivalent; business administration or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the construction or renovation industry.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and familiarity with project management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Knowledge of basic construction or renovation terminology and processes is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday. 9am to 5pm
• Flexible work schedule can work from home if needed.
• Office environment, with occasional visits to renovation sites.
