Assistant Supervisor required to manage the day-to-day F&B operations, include supervising & preparing meals according to a prescribed system, preparing ingredients, adhering to the in-store menu, serving guidelines, and following food health and safety procedures.

Key responsibility included but not limited to:

Killiney Cafe located near Expo MRT station is seeking for Full Time Kitchen Helper / Kitchen Assistant.

Working hours: 7:30 am to 1:30 pm

6 day work week, Mon to Sat, Sun off

Salary: $1600 + $200 allowance = $1800

Job Responsibilities:

• Noodle cooking
• Bread toasting
• Food preparation such as peel hard boiled egg, cut veg and etc
• Ad hoc simple kitchen task such as fry egg

Requirements:

• Only Singapore and PR
• Preferably with 1 year F&B experience
• No experience will also be considered

• Position: Accounts Assistant
• Location: Ubi
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (office hours)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare fixed assets listing and generate monthly depreciation journal voucher
• Staff claims reimbursement
• Generate and check accounting entries
• Filing of all suppliers' invoices, together with supporting documents
• Prepare payment to suppliers
• Review Accounts Receivable and contact customers on overdue accounts
• Perform ROC search for new and existing customers
• Generate outstanding amount due and historical purchased for customers who request for review of credit
• term
• Prepare receipt voucher for cash sales
• Update daily collection into Excel for cash flow purposes
• Prepare journal vouchers, monthly pre-payment list & audit schedule

Requirements:

• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking clients
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Basic computer skill is required (e.g. Microsoft Office)
• Minimum LCCI/Diploma in Accounting and above
