Job Description

1. Receive and check all incoming parts for sub-store
2. Label, palletise and binning of parts for warehouse storage
3. Packing of parts for delivery in accordance to delivery orders
4. Adhere to company guidelines regarding spares and stock handling
5. Handle stock take exercise following the instruction given by Team Leaders
6. Optimize the warehouse space
7. Assist in the day to day operations within the warehouse
8. Execute actions in accordance with the safety and housekeeping requirements set by the company.
9. Performs ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors

Requirements

• Competent in basic English (verbal & written)
• Forklift license advantageous
• Willing to work in Changi and alternate Saturdays 8.30am to 12.30pm

Responsibilities:

Laboratory Operations

• Manage, plan, and coordinate facilities and equipment in the EEE laboratories.
• Provide technical support on the setup for research projects.
• Develop engineering and technical guidance programs for maintenance and failure analysis of equipment and facilities.
• Laboratory asset management and maintaining proper records for inventory auditing.
• Provide teaching supports to laboratory experiments and projects.
• Liaise and manage vendors/contractors for the technical needs in the laboratories.

Safety & Training

• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and agencies for EEE laboratory safety, including inspections, audits, documentation, and reporting.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure safety standards are compliant with ISO45001 regulations.
• Development of training program and collaborative platform for knowledge sharing and information/idea exchange to fellow colleagues.

Requirement:

• A Degree in Electrical and Electronic or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences in the above scope.
• Hands on experience in equipment maintenance.
• Good understanding of laboratory operation, processes, and procedure.
• Experiences in Biosafety is a plus.
• Experiences in Risk Management.
