Job Description
Primary duties and responsibilities:
· Providing administrative support to project account manager when
necessary
· Assist to keep work on schedule. Capable in creating timelines,
milestones, and deliverables to contribute to effective project
planning.
· Updating and organizing on the progress of action items and other
tasks and reporting to the project account manager
· General organisational tasks in order tracking, management, and
resolution
· Gathering client data to support project initiatives, assisting in the
preparation of project reports, if any
· facilitating communication & collaborating with (internal) cross-
functional teams & (external) the clients.
· Build relationships with customers. Assist on post/ pre-sales
consultative advice including mixture of technical and soft skills,
answering questions from clients, whether they come in via email,
phone, chat, when required.
Job requirement
· Minimum ‘O’ level or equivalent
· Possessed a positive mindset and pleasant demeanor
· Possess patience and clear communication skills
· Ability to be self-disciplined, stay highly organized and balance
multiple tasks.
· Able to quickly determine, prioritize and focus on the essential tasks
that need to be done, to meet structural goals better.
· General familiarity with office programs, such as word processing,
spreadsheet, and presentation software.
· Average IT competencies, business acumen, and attention to details
will also be valuable.
