Key Responsibilities:

• Match purchase orders with invoices and perform invoice entry into ERP
• Record expenses to accounts and cost centers
• Perform weekly payments to the suppliers and employees
• Perform supplier reconciliation on monthly basis
• Perform bank reconciliation for payments
• Prepare audit sheet schedules
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Key Requirements:

• Diploma in Finance / Accounting
• Must have at least 1 year relevant experience (AP and general accounting)
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin to communicate effectively with the Mandarin speaking stakeholders / clients
