RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position is for SMU Academy.
• Good and creative writing skills for work in copywriting.
• Support preparation and co-ordination for marketing events when necessary.
• Follow-up with customer-centric responses such as social media, emails, web, calls.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media.
• Identify SMUA-wide partnerships and collaborations.
• Establish relationships with key stakeholders in potential markets and industry.
• Assist in marketing activities such as maintaining websites, finding ways to improve it and analyse data to provide invaluable insights on SMUA's online presence and translate marketing efforts into sales.
• Proficient in software applications in presentation, design and video editing such as Adobe suite, Canva, Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in marketing automation tools.

Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Providing enquiry service to customers
• Assisting customers in using library services e.g. Library e-kiosk, self- check, multimedia services, library catalogue, online resources & etc.
• Assisting customers in locating library materials
• Providing circulation service to customers
• Handling customer’s feedback and forward to NLB staff as and when necessary

Roving duties and promotional support

• Performing roving duties in enforcing library etiquette
• Assisting in ensuring good housekeeping in the library reading areas
• Assisting in crowd controlling for programmes
