RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Send out purchase orders and fulfill any outstanding items in a timely manner
• Record every material deficit into the Pacer System.
• Follow vendor deliveries, shortages, and order availability.
• To support the production plan, identify, assess, and offer material solutions in coordination with the planning team.
• Encourage supplier performance evaluations in order to reach the required pricing, quality, delivery, and support service standards.
• Maintain ideal inventory levels and ensure material fulfillment for engine manufacturing by managing active WIP and keeping an eye on FG/WIP that is getting older.
• Examine the components utilization analysis and make sure a plan of action is implemented to maintain the stock at the appropriate level based on the current usage trend (ROP/ROL).
• Consult with vendors to resolve issues with defective parts (DR report)Reconciliation of invoices discrepancies (DFM)
• Carry out any other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENT:

• Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or any other related field
• At least 1-2 years of relevant procurement experience in fast-paced environment
• Experience in Aerospace or Defense industries an added advantage
• Able to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment
• Strong analytical skills that drive creative problem-solving, proposal preparation and negotiation
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications e.g. MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and PowerBI.
