Scope of Work

Monthly invoices

• To issue and submit all invoices on a monthly basis upon confirmation of the quotation being signed off by customers on the services provided.
• All invoices submission should be via email to buyer or via buy's portal/platform for submission.
• Prerequisites to invoice submission are to check if there are any other additional apart from the agreement via quotation.
• Required to go through client's purchase orders.

Quotations

• To provide assistance to the sales department for client's quotations
• Quotations traceability checklist should be consistently updated all the times.
• Apprehending the various types of quotations and its requirements
• Maintaining, updating and good bookkeeping of customer records.

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of GCE “N” Level Certificate
• Prior relevant working experience is preferred
