Job Description

• Liaise with stakeholder to understand requirement and purpose of purchase/tender.
• Validate purchase requirement and issue RFQ/RFP.
• Conduct RPF, RFQ and RFI Activities.
• Source, request, negotiate and compare prices, on IT product, service and maintenance for purchase/tender.
• Sourcing and selection of vendors to ensure cost competitiveness, timely project delivery and quality of work.
• Prepare procurement documents, cost analysis, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Contract Management work covering review, contract negotiations and coordinate with Legal Team and Internal Stakeholders on setting up contractual agreement to ensure timely execution of contract for projects.
• Processing vendor contract with Legal Team and Vendors for new and renewal project.
• Maintain contract documentation and timely contract.
• Vendor Sourcing and on boarding, conducting Anti-money laundering / Anti-bribery
• Ad-hoc duties from Management

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of procurement experience, preferably in IT Industry/Bank.
• Experience in procuring IT hardware/software and professional services is an advantage.
• Experience in local and overseas vendor management is an advantage. Negotiation skills is necessary.
• Good understanding of quotation and contract’s terms and conditions
• Good knowledge in Contract Management
• Experience in conducting Anti-money laundering / Anti-bribery Checks is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and as a group in a fast pace environment

This is a 6-months temporary contract position.

Job Summary:

This role provides a professional TOP handover experience for our customers (who have purchased condominium units) and to assist in the timely rectification of defects/resolve of customers’ complaints satisfactorily, such that the organizational objective of providing quality and unsurpassed service is met.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Customer Service team to liaise with main contractor on handover preparation of the condominium units purchased by ensuring that the handover kit is complete on time with complete information.
• Conduct quality inspection of 100% of the units to identify defects for rectification, certify unit readiness for handover prior to Notice to Take Possession being served by ensuring that home units handed over to home buyers are in good condition.
• Ensure defects rectification completed within stipulated timeline by liaising with main contractor and owners on rectification works and arranging joint inspections with owners on completion where necessary.
• Assist in the resolution of owners’ complaints arising from defects and other area and ensure Owners’ complaints resolved satisfactorily.

Requirements:

• Minimum ‘A’ Level/Diploma in Real Estate/Building
• Minimum 2 – 3 years in real estate and customer service
• Good written and verbal communications skills

Job Description

· Ensure timely review and/or approve/close transaction screening alerts, trade finance transaction screening alerts, etc.

· Update of sanctions/transaction screening related policies and procedures

· Conduct investigations to appropriately resolve potential matches generated by the screening on transaction level and customer due diligence level

· Assess and escalate newly identified risk indicators or unusual transaction patterns during course of reviews per internal policy

· Review and escalate sanction true matches, as well as true matches for other AML/CFT risks identified during the processes

· Correspond with relevant stakeholders to obtain relevant information for the assessment of transaction review

· Assist with ad-hoc AML/CFT related issues and participate in departmental projects when needed.

Job Requirements

· Recognized bachelor degree or above, preferably in Business or related discipline

· At least 2 years of relevant experience

· English, and Mandarin to liaise with internal/ external stakeholders

· Prior related experience in transaction screening alerts clearing and disposition, preferably in banks or payment companies

· Good knowledge of the requirements and scope of major sanction regimes preferable

· Able to remain alert, multi-task and cope with change and diversity in a fast-paced environment

· Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

· Team player, self-motivated and resourceful

· Meticulous, focused, analytical and commitment to meet timeline

· Good written skill, able to draft reports concisely and articulate with clear logic

• Support users encountering challenges with operating systems such as Windows 10 and 11, along with software applications like Microsoft 365.

The Role

Reporting to the finance team lead and working in a team environment, you will play a critical role in activities such as cash balances and cash flow projection. You will also be responsible for account opening and ensuring connectivity on both SWIFT and e-banking platforms. Including processing payments, liaising with banks, and issuing of “Letter of Credit”. You will also support KYC reviews for onboarding and periodic reviews of New and existing banks.

Your Profile

To excel in this role, you'll have a Diploma or a Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or ACCA with the following related experiences:

• At least 3 to 7 years of experience in treasury operations in similar industries including banks or other Financial institutes.
• Demonstrated knowledge in Banking Processes, Payments, Forex (FX), Loans, Deposits and Cash Management.
• Proficient with Treasury software such as SAP and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
