The Accounts Executive – Revenue Audit’s core responsibilities are audit in the day-to-day operations of the Finance Department.

What will I be doing?

As the Accounts Executive – Revenue Audit, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Audit the daily revenue figures, supporting reports and vouchers as well as audit the daily General Cashier’s Report.
• Ensure that Daily and Monthly Revenue and Settlement Reconciliation is prepared on a timely basis and all revenue is captured and reported.
• Ensure all gifts or entertainment voucher are controlled as per the policy.
• Review all entertainment dockets and officers’ checks, ensuring that all are authorized and signed with the appropriate level of detail.
• Check that complimentary rooms have been appropriately authorized.
• Audit the telephone and internet interface reports to ensure all the respective revenue has been posted.
• Ensure the relevant Front Office and Outlet reports are printed, audited and filed in chronological order.
• Verify transactions posted in the daily report, including but not limited to credit cards, city ledger, crew allowances, paid outs, allowances and rebates, miscellaneous charges, voiding, car park revenues, and room safe keys.
• Prepare rebate and allowance summary and rebate journal.
• Reconcile credit card charges between electronic credit card machine and point of sale system on a daily basis.
• Prepare daily revenue report for the Director of Finance / Financial Controller.
• Ensure that all concessionaires’ revenue is reconciled and recorded accurately.
• Check the Room Rate Discrepancy Report to ensure that all rate changes, upgrades, etc. have been properly authorized.
• Ensure that the Room Status Discrepancy Report is printed twice daily, and any exceptions noted are reported.
• Record cashier overs / under in the relevant reports and followed up with the Outlet Managers or Front Office Manager.
• Follow up on any discrepancies, incomplete work or missing information with the relevant departments.
• Ensure all paid out vouchers have proper authorization, signatures and backup.
• Follow up with Revenue / Reservation team to ensure that no-shows are reviewed, and charges made accordingly.
• Audit the daily food and beverage report, verifying the cashier’s remittance to the General Cashier’s Report.
• Ensure that all restaurant and bar checks are properly accounted for and banquets and functions revenues are entered.
• To be fully conversant with the hotel Manual Contingency Plan in case of computer system failure and ensure that all manual procedures are followed and adhered to.
• Ensure the accurate and timely input of data to the general ledger system.
• Conduct monthly house float and petty cash count and safety deposit boxes audit.
• Check and ensure that room variance reports are properly kept and interpreted, reporting any unreasonable variance promptly.
• Handle all requests and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned to ensure that the department functions smoothly.

Main Purpose of the Job:

The Lead Resident Technical Officer represents clients on construction sites. We need to hire an administration officer to support our business operations and management in terms of office operations, office supplies,data entry and general well-being of the company.

This person will be reporting directly to the Manager of the company.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in the fieldwork of audits, preparation of audit/tax schedules

· Assist in preparation of FRS-compliant financial statements

· GST reporting

· Prepare full sets of accounts

· May require to handle accounting-related administrative work

Requirements:

· A-level, LCCI, Diploma Holder in Accounting

· 1-2 years relevant experience

· Knowledge of GST

· Bilingual in both written and spoken English and Chinese/Mandarin to be able to communicate effectively with clients who are conversant in Mandarin and to be able to read and understand clients' documents written in Chinese

· Able to meet tight deadlines

· Has positive working attitude, proactive, meticulous

· Pleasant personality, possess good communication and interpersonal skills

Report to Project Director / Project Manager / WSH Manager

Overall responsible for the development and implementation of Safety, Health, Environmental & Security policies and ensure that site operates in accordance with applicable statutory & regulatory requirements.

Be the Secretary of the Safety Committee and ensure that safety and environment meetings are held in accordance to regulatory requirements.

Report the Safety, Health, Environmental & Security aspects to Project Director.

Conduct risk assessments.

Investigate all Industrial accidents.

Coordinate and conduct Safety, Health, Environmental & Security training at all levels on site and head office.

Conduct regular Safety, Health, and Environmental & Security inspection and recommend corrective action.

Arrange independent Safety audit and follow-up on corrective action.

Liaise with BCA on OHSAS 18000 and ISO 14000 Certification.

Liaise with respective Authorities on matters related to Safety, Health, Environmental & Security issues.

Establish site security plan in conjunction with Project Director / Project Manager.

Organize & manage the security team and monitor the implementation of security plan.

Prepare monthly security report for all projects and submit to Project Director / Project Manager / Construction Manager for review.

Ensure no illegal workers are working on / staying on job site (including Sub-contractors).

Total 15 years experience in construction field and minimum 10 years experience in the relevant position.

Bachelor of Environmental & Occupational Health & Safety

Bachelor of Science in Safety, Health & Environmental Management

LTA experience preferred

Able to work on rotating shift work, if necessary.

We are currently seeking a team of Trust Accountants to join our team. Reporting to our client’s head office in Zurich, the team will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial activities of trust accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting for a portfolio of trust accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

• Double entry bookkeeping, maintaining accurate records of trust account balances and activity
• Collating, organising and all such other work relating to the handling of statements, advices and transactions slips incidental to bookkeeping, accounting, audit records and transaction monitoring
• Preparation of annual and ad-hoc financial statements
• Preparation of corporation tax computation and tax returns
• Provide inputs/feedback and perform user acceptance testing for accounting system changes and upgrades.
• Ad-Hoc reporting and / or priority accounts preparation as required by client circumstances (i.e. shorter deadlines due to client reporting requirements / internal meetings/ restructuring etc.).
• Any other tasks that may be assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or professional qualifications in accounting, finance, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in trust accounting for senior accountants
• At least 6 years of experience in trust accounting or related field for managerial position
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Working knowledge of trust accounting principles and regulations will be an advantage
