• Provide ad-hoc support on ongoing or exploratory projects such as coordination of activities, documenting of feedback, assisting with procurement paperwork with prior year reference, etc.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder, preferably with qualification in Finance / Accountancy
• Meticulous, organised and strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of automation tools like PowerAutomate is a plus

Food Safety and Hygiene Officer (FSHO) oversees and implements effective food hygiene systems which will ensure that food is prepared in a safe and hygienic manner. Food Hygiene Officer plays a vital role in ensuring that food products are safe for consumption and that the establishment operates within the required food safety framework.

Our client has more than 20 restaurants in Singapore that provide various dining concepts that refined tastes of both local and international food enthusiasts.

• Supervise the FP&A team to ensure that data is regularly updated and maintained accurately and promptly.
• Direct the FP&A team in completing and analysing the company’s financials, including P&L analysis, cost variance analysis, and budget vs. actual performance assessments.
• Conduct financial analysis and modelling, including cash flow forecasting, project evaluations, cost-benefit analysis, and investment appraisals.
• Find opportunities for process improvements in the FP&A function.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of FP&A experience in F&B/Audit industry.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
