• Conduct daily safety inspections and ensure that any unsafe act or condition is rectified.
• Maintain, update and retain relevant records and certificates as required under the regulation required by the regulatory authorities.
• Assist in the development, implementation, monitoring and reviewing of EHS activities, systems, programs and databases to ensure it is up to date.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess minimum WSH Specialist Diploma Certificate or equivalent.
• Must be a registered WSH Officer.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Self-driven and team player, who is also able to provide leadership and mentoring to reporting team.
• Good interpersonal skills including the ability to develop cooperative work relationship with peers and superiors.
• Able to start work in short notice or immediately.

Job purpose

• To ensure smooth operation by monitoring and maintaining our Client’s Software and Hardware systems while providing technical support to onsite and remotely.

Duties and responsibilities

• Providing first-level helpdesk and end-user support.
• Setup PC/Laptop, Backup PC/Laptop and migration of PC/Laptop Data
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Documenting and managing of Client IT Assets, Inventory, and other IT supplies.

Job Details:

• Project Under Singapore Power Grid.
• Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments at the workplace to identify any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or safe work processes
• Recommend reasonable measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk at the workplace

• Prepare and submit weekly environmental report
• Enforce & improve Workplace Safety and Health / Environmental Control standard at the workplace

• Atleast 2 Yrs experience as ECO.
• Preferably with Advance diploma in Workplace safety certificate.
