Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer to oversee and manage the daily operations of our expanding business.
This leader will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our F&B outlets with a focus on driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, and excellent customer service.
Drive sales performance, monitor P&L, and ensure that all locations meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets.
Collaborate with the executive team to execute business goals, expansion plans, and new market opportunities.
Manage cross-functional teams, including kitchen staff, outlet managers and other support staff.
Identify areas for operational improvement and introduce innovative solutions to drive cost efficiencies and optimize resource allocation.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, providing leadership and mentorship to team members.
Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform business strategies.
Ensure all regulatory, health, and safety compliance requirements are met across all outlets.
