Job description

The successful applicant will:

• Implement a comprehensive Compliance Management System to manage compliance risks for the Company. This includes promoting a culture of compliance across the organisation, carrying out compliance risk analysis, providing staff training, performing compliance monitoring activities and preparing compliance reports for local and ERGO Group management.

Position Responsibilities

The Compliance Officer will be responsible for providing regulatory advice in relation to a broad range of compliance matters across all aspects of Partners Capital’s Asia Pacific based entities in Singapore and Hong Kong and ensuring the efficient running of the APAC compliance function. The Audit Manager manages a portfolio of engagements to provide assurance and audit support services, delivering high quality audit services. You will provide leadership on audit and assurance engagements, with a focus on financial services clients which includes engagement planning, execution and finalisation of an audit and assurance engagements and leading the team to handle such engagements. Job Requirements

1. Coordinate Internal Control self-assessment and action plans implementation

• Execute and coordinate yearly LVMH Enterprise Risk and Internal Control Assessment campaign. Perform test of design and review supporting documents submitted by process owners. Perform substantive tests to validate the accuracy of Test of Design assessment and to ensure alignment with the Group’s internal control expectations.
• Work with the process owners to design action plans to effectively address the gaps identified. Actively support local teams during implementation phases.

1. Implement internal controls on risk areas

• Conduct audit testing of potential risk areas and identify reportable issues.
• Actively participate in the drafting, development, and implementation of standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with LVMH policies and local laws to strengthen internal controls, and to promote standardization of processes.
