Responsibilities:

Claims Service

• Work within local and regional on operating processes and claim handling procedures to ensure that quality claim service is rendered to all customers in accordance with Claims Philosophy.

Claims Quality

• Manage and handle claims to finality within designated Settlement Authority and Claims Management Guidelines, including timely action, appropriate investigation, regular case reviews and proper evaluation are taken in all claims.
• Ensure that loss reserves are set and maintained in accordance with guidelines, timely updates of claims data made into systems and correctness of systems and file records,
• Comply with quality review program guidelines and ensure corrective action is complemented as necessary.
• Complete Reserve Reconciliation and Advocacy reviews in accordance with guidelines.
• Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail, able to monitor workflow, quality and adjust procedures as necessary.

Others

• Maximize recoveries from insurers, salvage dispositions, subrogation or other recovery proceedings through close monitoring.
• Ensure timely advices, relevant supporting documents and responses to enquiries are provided to coinsurers / reinsurers to settle their share promptly.
• As required, assist in claims related projects including UAT etc, and other projects/assignments or tasks, as assigned.
• To meet or exceed the expectations/objectives set on the individual’s and the Team’s yearly goal setting.

• GCE “O” Level and Diploma / Professional certificates in the relevant discipline
• Preferably with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in Home insurance claims

· Assist in the gathering of information related to TSP’s operations and activities for Audit-purposes.

· Assist in the planning and conducting of Internal Audits for TSP to ensure Operations & Maintenance (O&M) processes are in line with SOPs and Work Instruction (WI)s.

· Perform Physical Asset condition assessment in accordance to LTA requirements.

· Support in the planning and forecasting of TSP’s Asset Management (e.g. Asset’s Life Cycle).

· Support Management in driving towards the ISO 55001 requirements.

· Support Supply Chain Team in incoming/outgoing QC checks when required.

Requirements

· Diploma / ITE in Engineering / Computer Science or any other relevant field.

· Possess strong ability and accuracy in terms of receiving and processing instructions/information.

Job Responsibilities:

The role responsibilities:

• Reports directly to the Quality Service Experience Manager (QSM)

• Responsible in providing excellent service to all customers

• Handle mailbox enquiries and resolve customers issues via email communication and personalised calls

• Ensure accuracy of data collected from the customers

• Maintain and update the survey database with proper notes indicated in the system

• Responsible for distributing enquiries and follow ups to relevant teams, stakeholders and departments

• Fulfil the service level agreement by responding to all emails within 3 working days turnaound time and ensure prompt follow up on cases

• Provides daily email summary report to the QSM

• Escalate to the QSM on challenging issues or complaints received through mailbox channels

• Work closely with inbound/outbound Project Experience managers in developing quality service operational SOPs and processes

• Analyses service quality across the contact centre and provide recommendations on ways to improve productivity and customer satisfaction to achieve highest level of service excellence

• Using various data such as contact centre daily service level, customer satisfaction, surveys data accuracy and call/complaint logs to develop strategies and techniques which enhances the overall effectiveness of the contact centre operations

• Train and guide employees to create a culture of service excellence

• Any other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements:

• Singaporean
• 2 years and above of call centre experience providing training or audit
