• Understanding and mitigating key elements of the Group's risk profile.
• Leading an accounting and treasury team to provide monthly financial and management reports.
• Managing the financial accounts of all investments in Greater China to ensure compliance with Financial Reporting Standards, local regulatory requirements, and adherence to Group policies and procedures.
• Arranging debt and equity financing, and maintaining strong banking and investor relationships.
• Initiating and monitoring the implementation of internal control and business process improvements, while maintaining relationships with external auditors and investigating their findings.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• A proven track record in the Financial Services sector, having held positions such as CFO, Finance Manager, or Finance Controller, with specific experience in Investment Management and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and Construction.
• Comprehensive knowledge of corporate financial law and practices related to risk management.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Substantial exposure to methods involving data analysis and forecasting.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of electrical, electronic, electro-hydraulic, and electro-pneumatic automation systems.
• Handle electrical / electronic / electro-hydraulic/electro-pneumatic/ automation equipment failures and carry out fault diagnosis with the aim to resolve the issue.
• Evaluate the planned maintenance schedule for fleet electrical, electronic, electro-hydraulic, and electro-pneumatic automation systems, as well as power generation, backup power sources, and fire detection systems, and then submit the findings to the technical manager.
• Study areas for improvements and modifications on electro/automation system and create methodical recommendations for efficient operation of the vessel.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years of onboard sea going vessels experience as an Electrical Technical Officer in oil/gas/chemical tankers or offshore support vessels.
• Hands on experience in troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills encompassing various areas such as electrical, instrumentation, automation, control, as well as air conditioning and ventilation systems.
