• Company-Level Duties:
  • Safety Management: Plan and execute company-wide safety initiatives, including toolbox briefings, campaigns, and inspections.

What You'll Do:

Duties could range from the following:

1. Assist engineers in carrying out high voltage equipment maintenance, equipment fault repairs and / or liaise with the relevant Authorities to execute work assignments

The HR Officer with HRIS and Payroll Experience will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including HRIS management, payroll processing, employee records management, and compliance with company policies and regulations. You are responsible for managing the organization's Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR data. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, with a focus on Singapore labour law, HRIS, and payroll.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle) and payroll software.

Responsibilities:

- Uphold a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the customer premises.

- Manage the execution and performance of junior staff, delivering adequate training and guidance to meet contractual standards.
