Summary

Perform account opening, KYC, periodic review and Enhanced CDD for on-boarding of PEP clients

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Performing enhanced due diligence and reviews of PEP clients including Periodic Review
• Advising on compliance and regulatory issues relating to KYC.
• Liaise with internal clients like AML Front Control/Front office/ operations/external auditors and internal auditors in relation to KYC matters.
• Prepare of periodic management reports
• Ability to identify KYC issues and ensure client meets regulatory and internal requirements before account opening
• Ability to perform KYC reviews and name hits review promptly
• Assessment of risk and daily BAU KYC related matters (i.e. unblocking of transactions)

Requirement:

• 8 years of relevant experience in a Private Bank
• Experience in the onboarding and account opening of PEP clients.
• Knowledge of the Singapore regulations, i.e. Banking Act, SFA, FAA.
• Initiative and able to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player.
• Strong analytical and evaluative skills and attention to details.

Contract Period:

Deployment:

Scope of Works:

• To provide support in general upkeep of equipment and workplace;
• To provide logistical support for school events and functions including arranging of furniture and equipment;

Requirement:

• Completed primary school education and preferably have some experience in general upkeeping of equipment/workplace, logistic or general operations support;
• Preferably be able to converse in English or Mandarin;

Responsibilities

• Execution of AWBs and Closing of daily Console
• Coordinate with agents, carriers, co-loaders, customers
• Attend to daily job issues (Amendment of Weight, AWB, etc)
• Monitor daily Console timing as to ensure cargo up-lift on time
• Coordinate with Warehouse/Contractors as to ensure smooth flow of cargos transfer from Warehouse to Terminals and arrange collection if needed.
• Drive continuous improvement of Airfreight Export operations

Requirements

• GCE N level and above
• 1 year of working experience in Freight
• Good Interpersonal Skills
• Good time management
• Able to work with MS Office
