JOB SUMMARY

Snr Manufacturing Engineer (Medical) will be responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and managing; integrated, production and service delivery systems that assure performance, reliability, maintainability, schedule adherence and cost control within the production site. • Participate in new product development by collaborating with R&D, New Product Development, and Quality teams to offer Design for Manufacturability guidance on hardware. A solid understanding of mechanical design is essential.

The Aviation Innovation Research (AIR) Lab

The joint CAAS-Thales innovation lab known as ‘AIR Lab’ started to operate on 1st November 2019 with the objective to develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) or Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) of advanced and open technologies for future Air Traffic Management (ATM). Education

Essential Skills/Experience

We’re searching for an Sustainability Engineer (ESG) to be part of our Supply Chain Department diverse team of talent. You will be responsible to support Company’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) projects.

What you will be working on:

Project Management

- Lead and manage ESG projects & initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with corporate sustainability goals.

- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and coordinate resources effectively.

- Prepare Capex Justification presentation in an accurate and timely manner to facilitate Management Team decision making

Supply Chain

- Support Supply Chain Department on Company’s requirements for reports on sustainability metrics, including greenhouse gas emissions, energy consumption, and waste generation.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to sustainability and environmental management.

- Handle Compliance, Internal, Exernal and Customer audits to ensure compliance

- Liaison with related government bodies on grant and commercial apects

Continuous Improvement:

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives and recommend improvements based on data analysis and industry best practices.

- Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and regulations in sustainability and incorporate relevant advancements into project strategies.

More about you:

• Degree in Chemical/Gas, Mechanical, Environmental, health and safety & other engineering.
• Possess knowledge on ESG, IPCC, RCA
• Preferably 4-5 years purchasing experience or engineering experience in a front end semiconductor plant .
• Knowledge and relevant experiences in Conflict Mineral, Green Procurement is a bonus.
