We are looking for highly-motivated and skilled programmers to join us in Biomed DAR (BII A*Star), to work on a new initiative in the development and deployment of software tools for data management support systems/biomedical data repository. Our work supports BMRC-wide research programmes and industry collaborations.

Successful candidates will work with a team of data scientists, data engineers and UI designers to program a web-application stack for automated data integrity checks, data curation, data annotation, and data imputation for structured data generated by research programmes. Responsibilities:

• Manage optimum level of operations and maintenance of automation assets and ensure the Automated Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS) is running with zero downtime.

Overall Summary:

Senior Network Engineer will drive the implementation of strategy for infrastructure operations and maintenance to ensure availability of stable and secure systems.
