This role will focus on ensuring the availability of sufficient materials for Hosting and Network Services, as well as developing automation solutions to streamline reporting processes. Key Responsibilities:

Capacity Planning:

• Collaborate with vendors to forecast and ensure adequate supply of materials to support Hosting and Network Services operations.
• Monitor inventory levels, assess future needs, and mitigate risks of material shortages.
• Provide data-driven insights to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency.

Automation Development:

• Design and implement automated solutions to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain tools for generating critical reports, such as:
• Work Queue Status Reports
• Capacity Reports
• Identify opportunities to optimize manual workflows through automation and propose actionable solutions.

Reporting and Analytics:

• Generate regular and ad hoc reports to support operational decision-making.
• Analyze trends and metrics to improve operational performance and capacity planning processes.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the Hiring Manager and cross-functional teams to align capacity planning with business goals.
• Partner with vendors, Hosting, and Network Services teams to ensure seamless operations and proactive planning.

Qualifications:

• At least 1-2 years of proven experience in capacity planning, inventory management, or a similar role.
• Experience and knowledge with IT infrastructure and data center operations
• Experience in automation / scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, VBA, or other tools).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting platforms will be a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The EICA Engineer shall be in the discipline of Electrical, Instrumentation & Control in delivery of large scale power generation project. The Engineer shall have at least 10 years of relevant engineering experience in delivery of large scale industrial/ utilities projects (e.g. waste, water, oil & gas, power) or relevant experience in delivering large solid waste management projects (e.g. WTE, sludge incineration, materials recovery and food waste treatment).

The duties shall include the following but not limited to:

• Work as owner’s engineer to lead the EICA project implementation at site.
• Proactive attitude and solution orientated personality with leadership mentality and for the EICA discipline, assisting project director for the contract execution.
• Strong capability of specification capability for all I&C related specification. e.g. DCS / PLC system configuration, topology and controller, RIO engineering.
• In depth of understanding for automation package for contract implementation of automation systems for WtE project.
• Contracts management in the I & C discipline for the WtE project
• Review the submittals from Contractors for Process Control like Waste Reception system, Incinerator-Boiler System, Water Steam Cycle, weighbridge system, building services, Enterprise Resources Planning, Communication Network Infrastructure, DCS, PLC etc.
• Essential understanding of P&ID of process engineering
• Engage in Technical discussion for all control system related issue with contractor and client
• Participate in HAZOP review, SIL safety and design for safety workshops
• Work with electrical team closely for all power and process interfaces
• Participation of FAT of automation equipment, DCS, PMS, PLC and RIO
• Provide Technical support in Testing and Commissioning of the plant

Job Requirements:

• A relevant Engineering Degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) or registration with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) / Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in design and construction of large infrastructure and/or industrial projects, waste to energy plants, power plant projects, or waste/water management projects in Singapore is preferred but overseas/international experience will be considered as relevant.

• Needs to have automation welding sales experience (ideally for automotive sector)
• Overall responsible for developing and managing the business development and customer maintenance of the overseas business unit

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the company's overseas business market expansion, customer development and maintenance (Southeast Asia);
• Coordinate communication between the client and the internal solution technology department of the company;
• Track the implementation process of the project with the internal project department of the company;
• Conduct research and provide development suggestions for business development in this field in foreign markets;
• Track and develop potential customers in other general industries;
• Participate in company weekly, monthly, business meetings, and project execution process meetings;
• Overall responsible for developing and managing the business development and customer maintenance of the overseas business unit, including personnel recruitment and daily management;

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree or above, with 5-10 years of work experience in the automotive industry and automation field; Familiar with automotive body parts: metal structural parts industry and automated production line/automation integration.
• Having strong and deep existing clientele resources plus overseas customer relationships. The customer should preferably be an international non Chinese Mainland company (if there is no foreign-funded company, mainland companies can also be considered)
• Have a solid theoretical foundation and rich sales experience, understand mechanical structures, principles, and application methods;

Responsibilities
Design, develop, execute, and maintain test scenarios and detailed end to end test cases for the assigned projects relating to the digital platform’s user acceptance testing.
Able to write test cases in JBehave for agile projects.
Expert in using testing tools such as JIRA, Confluence etc to execute and maintain project status.
Knowledge of web and mobile application testing in banking domain, with good time management and keen eye for details to ensure quality and timely output
Detect, report and track defects in the application tools and with various stakeholders to ensure proper closure of issues.
Analyse BDD/User stories from the PO, review and come up with high level test scenarios to meet user requirements
Execute the assigned manual or automation testing, log defects and follow up on defects to ensure timely closure. Generate reports of testing, prepare training slides for touchpoints, and required update to delivery
Expected to be an expert in banking domain and able to write test plan and testing summary documents. To write and execute end to end test scenarios with detailed steps as per requirements either via manual or automation testing.
Actively participate and collaborate in project meetings and discussions, keen attention to details and time management to ensure quality and timely output of project assigned.
Develop maintainable automated checks in collaboration with our development teams
Collaborate with all stakeholders proactive to complete job assigned from clarification to issue closure.
Good with documentation as constant update to project changes will need to be updated timely

Required Experience
Working experience(s) preferably in Web and Mobile solutions, excellent technical programming skills with familiarity in the various programming languages
Strong knowledge on Appium, Selenium, JUNIT.
Strong coding knowledge in Java, Objective-C, JavaScript or similar. Good experience in developing complex SQL queries.
Knowledge of SOAP UI and web service testing is a plus.
Knowledge of basic UNIX Commands and ability to work with Linux flavor.
GIT commands and their usage.
Experience with at least one of the following technologies: Cucumber, Appium, Selenium, XCode UI Automation, Espresso, (mobile testing tools and frameworks).
