• Support continuous improvement throughout the development life cycle of enterprise level software solutions. This includes enhancing / maintaining of software applications
• Perform system integration testing and troubleshooting of software application issues
• Conducts unit testing using unit test frameworks
• Create and maintain documentation for software design specifications
• Perform solution estimates for business requirements
• Troubleshoot application issues escalated from production
• Mentor junior developers in terms of coding standards and software design
• Perform code reviews

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Computing/Information Technology or related field
• Possess good analytical, problem-solving skills
• Should have at least 3-5 years of development experience in Java
• Experience in Spring/Spring Boot framework
• Experience in relational databases such as Oracle and MySQL
• Experience in implementing web services such as SOAP and RESTful web services
• Experience in frontend frameworks such as Angular, Struts, jQuery and Bootstrap
• Experience in batch processing implementations
• Have implemented some form of custom frameworks such as security and validations
• Good understanding of modern software development methodologies
• Good understanding of software testing methodologies, scripting and tools
• Experience in one or more full SDLC for enterprise projects

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand / develop technical design specification / requirements and associated document relevant to project
• Develop system database, control logic and graphic according to project design
• Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing and System Commissioning on site
• Product test document and training material
• Conduct training to customer
• Provide technical support to sales and maintenance team
• Others ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronic / Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 1-2 years of relevant experience

Project Engineer

1.Project planning and preparation, Project management in expediting Schedule, completion of field paper work. Liaise with internal parties to ensure that all information and requirements are captured at the project initiation stage

2. Verifies all drawings from design team prior to moving to construction phase.

3. Deals with customer requires related to drawings and requirements. 4. Coordinates with design team, customers and sub-contractors during construction.

5. Checks and inspects the quality of work carried out by workers of subcontractors.

6. Assists and follows the assignments of project manager in ensuring that the projects are implemented on time, safety and in accordance with the customer requirements

7. Be responsible for testing and commissioning all equipment with subcontractors after installation.

8. Be responsible for customer training after project completed.

9. Be responsible for final inspection and collection the data for as built drawings.

10. The position is accountable for implementing assigned responsibilities and activities to attain project goals and objectives.

Requirements

-Diploma/Degree in Engineering iwith minimum 3 years of Project Management knowledge

-Knowledge and experience in any kind of engineering management, problem solving, strong systematic and analytical thinking skills, strong knowledge of commercial terms and conditions.

-Good communications and computer competencies.

-Experience in LTA projects or Fire Protection & Fire Alarm Systems experience is an advantages

Responsibilities and Duties

· Develop a deep understanding of design specifications based on

customer requirements, , organizational goals, and business

strategies. Conceptualize and develop solutions based on project

requirements and Company standards through the use of

simulations/modelling to support design concept used.

· Develop design specification sheet based on Mechanical design and

update as and when required and distribute to relevant Develop

system architecture based on mechanical design, flow chart and

other control system requirement specified by customer taking in to

consideration of optimised design for manufacturing, cost, quality

and safety.

· Initiate and carry out internal design reviews to share and explain

the completed modules with other departments.

· Initiate and carry out design review with customer based on project

schedule

· Revise design and documents based on both internal and external

review

· Create wiring diagram for various control panels and filed wiring and

approval from department manager

· Create Bill Of Materials (BOM) for various panels and sub panels based on design schedule given

· Create drawing release file and send out drawings for panel and field

wiring quotation

· Send out standard part list for quotation based on BOM

· Receive quotation and make price comparison spreadsheet

· Raise PR and get department manager approval and send to

Purchase department for negotiation and ordering

· Prepare offline PLC/PC program for various panels based on the

design requirements.

· Make necessary modifications needed, update design, drawings and

get approval from department manager.

· Release revised drawings to wiring and assembly team

· Support panel and filed wiring team as and when necessary

· Carry out PLC I/O configuration, Netother devise driver set up and

carry out I/O check and wiring integrity check

· Set up and debug PLC/PC program

· Carry out all the activities based on the project schedule given

· Meet quality standards while maintaining working knowledge of

relevant technologies and best practices, and upholding company

policies, internal, customer standards for machine building and

safety.

· Develop, train, and educate junior engineers, guide technical

direction, and act as a technical liaison between customers

SPECIAL NOTES:

The incumbent (s) of this position is expected to perform all other related duties as assigned

Min Diploma Education, min 3 years related experience needed

The requirement

• Design Electrical Panel and Control systems for automated machines
• Design System control and Software architecture
• PLC Programming, Debugging, Testing and support Site Installations.
• Coordinate with Mechanical Design department meet the overall Project Objectives.
• Communicate with Customer to understand specific requirements
• Work closely with project engineers in implementation, improvement and troubleshooting
• Develop new control system as and when required
• Update and Upkeep Electrical documentations
• Prepare Electrical Project Documentation for CustomerBasis

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechatronics.

· At least 3 years experiences in Industrial Automation systems with PLC control Systems

· Proficient in Allen Bradley PLC, HMI programming

· Able to program other common PLCs such as Omron, Mitsubishi, Siemens and Keyence is desirable

· Willing to travel in the Asian Regions.

· Extensive knowledge and experience in process automation system
