The Wintel Engineer is responsible for specialized support in planning, installation, and administration of workplace management systems, focusing on endpoint and cloud infrastructure management. This role requires expertise in Windows-based environments, cloud services, and automation tools to optimize the deployment and maintenance of workplace solutions. Responsibilities also include enhancing operational procedures, ensuring system efficiency, and adhering to best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Endpoint Hardware & Imaging Management: Install, configure, test, and maintain endpoint hardware and images, covering OS, applications, drivers, upgrades, updates, and hotfixes.
2. Patch Management & Software Distribution: Plan, implement, and oversee Patch Management and Software Distribution services.
3. Cloud Infrastructure Administration: Design, deploy, and maintain AWS and Azure services, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability. Manage services including EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, Azure App Services, and SQL Database.
