Responsibilities

• Able to do calibrations, repair, testing and servicing of electrical/ mechanical Instrumentation equipment/ system
• Generate calibration data & service reports
• Perform preventive maintenance activities as per documented schedules and standard on electrical/ mechanical equipment/ system
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor

Educational Qualification / Technical Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferably posses 3-5 years of experience in application development.
• Experience with mobile applications or technologies will be a plus.
• Expertise in the .NET platform, particularly in developing web applications using C#.
• Strong proficiency in Python for scripting and data analysis.
• Comprehensive experience in Microsoft SQL database development, management, and optimization.
• Familiarity with the latest advancements in application technologies and frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues.

Job Summary:

The Electrical Controls Design Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems for various electrical machines.

This role requires a strong background in electrical engineering, control systems, and a deep understanding of machine operations.

The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop machines control systems, with motion controller, robot, PLCs, HMIs, and servo drives.
• Create detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.

• Source and select control components based on project specifications.
• Execute control system setup, including IO system configuration, servo and step drive setup, and axis tuning.
