· Report to the Project Manager

· Overall in charge of site coordination.

· Lead a team of operation staff in daily operations.

The Regional Real Estate and Facilities Manager position has the overall responsibility for the company sites including maintenance (preventive and corrective), utility operations, monitoring, implementation of facilities projects. This position requires effective collaboration with management counterparts throughout the company network, and with external service providers and relevant agencies and community representatives. Responsibilities

• Research and develop air conditioning system/product for industrial and commercial use
• Design and optimization of mechanical components/system for HVAC systems
