The modules supported include Recruiting, Core HCM, Compensation, Absence and others. You are an adaptable professional who can turn broad, ambiguous business questions into scalable solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform requirement gathering, functional and technical design, development, testing, deployment.
• Build, quality assure and maintain HR system functionality to meet business requirements, which includes configuration of Workday and other systems integration.
• Create functional and technical systems documentation.
• Work cross-functionally to understand issues/deficiencies in existing processes, design innovative integration solutions, execute implementation in Workday, and ensure requirements are met while maintaining data integrity and security.
• Create report and dashboard solutions within Workday and partner with HR and key stakeholders to optimize existing reports.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience of Workday Implementation experience preferably with an implementation partner.
• Experience with Workday functional areas such as Core HCM, Recruitment, Absence, Compensation. Experience on Learning and Prism is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills, able to multi-task and set priorities.

Job Responsibilities

Tactical Roadshows

Independently source and liaise with landlords/vendors to secure roadshow booth locations

Schedule and plan out the roadshow locations’ calendar

Ensure all logistical aspects of the roadshows, such as venue booking, event set up are well organized

In charge of booth setup, fabrication and event marketing promotions

Work closely with the Division Managers to ensure that roadshows’ manpower and operations are smooth
