This position operates within a high-volume, multi-transactional marine service environment, with a specific focus on Singapore's port. A background in a hunting role within chartering, commercial sales, or a similar field is highly desirable.

Reporting to: Head of Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop sales leads and focus on revenue retention and growth to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct market research and stay informed on industry trends to support the sales pipeline.
• Perform cold-calling and other prospecting activities to generate new business.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients by adhering to best practices in client relationship management, providing regular service updates, and effectively addressing and resolving any issues or concerns.
• Negotiate agreements within defined commercial and operational parameters and prepare contracts.
• Prepare and analyse sales reports to support departmental objectives.
• Implement multi-modal sales outreach programs, including direct mailers, social media campaigns, and web content.
