1. Summary of the role

The Customer Support Manager (CSM) is responsible for implementing, monitoring, administering and improving customer service procedures and work flows across APAC regions, specific to aerospace customers. Operations and Administration Responsibilities

• Companies & Funds: Oversee documentation for new incorporations and fund establishments; support ongoing maintenance of companies and funds; review subscription and redemption agreements; maintain books and records; manage fund subscriptions and redemptions; coordinate Board and Investment Committee meetings, minutes, and resolutions; and handle annual corporate secretarial updates.
