1. Strategic Planning and Execution for the Middle Platform Develop long-term strategic plans for middle-platform operations, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business strategy.
   Drive the effective implementation of middle-platform strategies, monitoring the achievement of various operational metrics.
   
2. Team Management and Collaboration Build, manage, and develop the middle-platform operations team, setting team goals and work plans.
   Foster internal team collaboration and communication, coordinate cross-departmental cooperation, and enhance overall efficiency.
   
3. Process Optimization and StandardizationStreamline and optimize middle-platform business processes, establishing standardized operational procedures and systems.
   Continuously monitor process execution, identify and resolve issues promptly, and improve operational efficiency and quality.
   
4. Data Management and Analysis Collect, organize, analyze, and report middle-platform data to support decision-making.
   Propose improvement measures and optimization suggestions based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement in middle-platform operations.
   
5. Resource Integration and Allocation Integrate various resources of the middle platform, including manpower, technology, and data, to achieve optimal resource allocation.
   Coordinate resources across different areas to ensure stable operation and efficient delivery of middle-platform services.
   
6. Project Management and Advancement Plan, organize, and implement middle-platform-related projects, ensuring timely and high-quality project completion.
   Track project progress and address risks and issues promptly during the project lifecycle.
   
7. Client Needs Alignment and Response Engage with business departments to understand their expectations and requirements for middle-platform services.
   Respond promptly to and address client feedback to enhance satisfaction with middle-platform services.
   

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for majors in Computer Science, Management, Statistics, or related fields.
2. Over 8 years of experience in middle-platform operations or relevant management roles, with familiarity in middle-platform architecture and operational models.
3. Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities, capable of formulating and implementing effective business strategies in complex environments.
4. Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide multi-team collaboration.
5. Robust data analysis skills, enabling data-driven business decisions.
6. Proficient in project management, able to advance complex projects effectively, with a proven track record in managing medium to large-scale projects and achieving key business goals.
7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building strong relationships with business teams and meeting their needs.
8. Keen insight into new technologies and industry trends, with innovative thinking and an awareness of change management.
9. Must be native in both English and Mandarin to liaise with international team and all Chinese stakeholders.

Manage day to day operation of construction project (HDB Project RC Sub-contractor),

Lead team of supervisors and workers to carry out the contruction of building structure works (Rebar and formwork works) on site according to maincon's schedule, safety and quality requirement. Coordination with main contractor and resolve all site matters.

In charge of planning and scheduling, manage RC labour workers in all aspects.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Support management decision-making with in-depth analyses.
• Partner with other department leads in cross-functional teams to execute initiatives and projects.
• Prepare monthly management reports and presentations (including financial and business performance analysis).
• Manage the daily operations of the finance department.
• Oversee the monthly closing of accounts and ensure timely preparation and submission of financial reports to management.
• Prepare and submit annual statutory accounts in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Prepare relevant financial reports and presentations for Annual General Meetings.
• Prepare quarterly GST returns and annual corporate tax filings.
• Prepare annual budgets and forecasts.
• Liaise with external bankers, auditors, tax consultants and corporate secretarial service providers.
• Establish and ensure compliance with policies and internal controls.
• Assess current practices and processes, and make recommendations for corrections or improvements.
• Perform any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in Accountancy, or its equivalent, with professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CA)
• More than 10 years of relevant finance and accounting experience
• Experience in managing a team of accounting personnel
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Good problem-solving, analytical and presentation skills
• Team player with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Xero accounting software and clinics/healthcare industry will be an advantage
