Head Trainer / Assistant Sales Manager

Job Description:
· To handle new trainees in all aspects, organise and plan all upcoming classes with the team.
· To work closely with owner and relevant team, to discuss and come up with new strategies regarding sales and training methods.
· Take part, socialise and assist in events held by the company.
· Research and understand new trends in the fitness industry.
Requirements:
· CPT cert, CPR & AED
· Be able to handle group classes
· Planning and organising skills
· High communication skills
· People management skills
· Knowledge in Hyrox training, techniques and race preparation
· At least 2 years in the fitness industry
· worked with at least 100++ clients
Remuneration:
Pay: $2500 - $5500 depending on experience and qualifications (with 2 months’ probation), salary is base pay + commission
