Job Description:

• Corporate with the constrcution manager to connect with various government acceptance departments.
• Corporate with the constrcution manager to supervise and manage the site to meet the various goals of the project.
• Corporate closely with subcontractors to monitor the progress of small towns and coordinate the work resources required by subcontractors to meet project requirements.
• Corporate with goverment personnel to conduct on-site inspections.
• Participate in weekly or monthly meetings with subcontractors to discuss work progress and corperate in preparing monthly meeting progress reports.
• Establish good relationships with all relevant parties.
• Corporate to ensure site safety and comply with the requirements of the authorities.
• Corporate to organize relevant physical and electronic documents on site engineer, etc.
• Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree or above preferably from a recognized University accredited with PEB, Singapore
• Experience with public residential projects would be advantages
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Projects, AutoCAD
• Ability to keep a positive attitube in a fast-paced environment
• Good team player

Roles & Responsibilities

The Site Engineer (Building) is responsible for assisting on the progress of site works and manpower related aspects of the project.

The responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• Monitor and supervise Engineers / foremen, ensure compliance to the quality procedures & standard of workmanship. Checking on quality and quantity of work by subcontractors.
• Preparation of detailed program for the site team to follow accordingly & completed in time.
• Resolve drawing discrepancies & technical difficulties with Technical team.
• Coordinates between sub-contractors/vendors/internal departments and monitor site manpower / material / equipment demands to meet schedules.
• Liaise with the Consultants on the submission related to structural works and Technical Department.
• Plan all works on site, including program schedules and construction methods, forecast equipment, material and manpower requirement, and control usage and wastages of all.
• Adherence to safety practices in the work place.
• Any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as your superior / management deem fit.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Education: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University
• Experience: Prior 3 years experience in building projects

Responsibilities:

• Manage, supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the Hotel
• Ensure that all procedures are performed in accordance with established standards and procedures at all times to reach optimal guest satisfaction.
• Assist the Assistant Front Office Manager in establishing a front desk standard and procedures manual as a guideline for the front desk operations.
• Assist the Assistant Front Office Manager to select, hire, and train employees to the hotel’s standard and procedures.
• Possess Degree/Diploma in Hospitality or relevant qualification;
• Minimum 3- 5 years of related experience preferably in the Hotel industry;
• Mature, energetic, assertive, independent and a team player;
• Strong leadership skills with excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
