1. Responsible for providing directives for the Quality Assurance Department in meeting management objectives.

The Institute of Sustainability for Chemicals, Energy and Environment (ISCE2) was established by A*STAR in 2022 to support Singapore's sustainability goals, including the Singapore Green Plan and Zero Waste Masterplan, through strong international partnerships with industry, public agencies, and academia. ISCE2 is located at Jurong Island.

You will play a key role in supporting the monthly manpower report, grant management, grant utilisation and financial planning of ISCE2. As part of day-to-day operations, you will also be involved in updating of manpower allocation in SAP and coordinating with various stakeholders for manpower budgets and projection. Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare, or a related field.
  
• Experience:5+ years of experience in business development or sales, specifically in contract logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
  Prior experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry is mandatory, with a deep understanding of industry regulations, handling requirements, and market needs.
