Your key duties/tasks for this project include:

• External Coordination & Keeping Track of Milestones: You will support the Team Lead on the necessary operational actionables and follow-ups with the appointed Vendor - including scheduling meetings/check-ins, sharing the collated Customs’ materials and information for further processing etc. You will closely monitor the agreed-upon project timelines and milestones and flag potential delays/adjustments to the Team Lead for further action.
• Internal Coordination: You will support the Team Lead in planning and coordinating the necessary actionables and follow-ups with Customs Divisions/Branches on their background policy, statistics and other information/materials that will be featured in the CYA. It also carries related links (e.g. to the Networked Trade Platform) to transact with Customs on applications, payments or other e-services. Being such a key digital touchpoint, we will be revamping the Website to further optimise user-centricity and a seamless experience for our customers when navigating from the informational to transactional pages.

Job Purpose:
