As Senior Business Development Manager (Institutional) for Convera in Singapore, you will be responsible for selling FX payment, hedging products and API solutions to institutional clients (Alternative Investment Funds – AIF). We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Marine HR Training Manager for an established & international shipowner company that is based in Singapore. The Senior Marine HR Training Manager will oversee the comprehensive training and development of all ship crew, ensuring training programs meet the highest standards of excellence and compliance.

Responsibilities

Crew Training Management

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of Ship Crew.

Partnership Management & Industry Engagement

• Engage with engine makers and bridge equipment manufacturers to integrate manufacturer-specific training modules into the training framework.

Continuous Improvement
