As part of the Estates Division the Manager plays a vital role to plan and drive initiatives to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of divisional policies, processes and system and implement projects to support the operations and services of the University in its current campuses and the new Campus. Key Responsibilities

• Responsible to procure and administer existing licenses/ leases of all facilities and amenities (e.g. F&B outlets, bookshop, vending machines, printing services, etc) for the University existing and new campus.
• Administer short term hire of the University facilities and follow up with any outstanding payments.
• Oversee and manage all University administrative procurement, equipment and services etc, and ensure timely renewals or calling of new tenders, including post-award contract administration.

• Manage the University drivers and fleet of vehicles including scheduling of logistics transport and booking of vehicles by senior management.
• Efficiently manage the General office administration that provides services to the whole University (e.g. office stationery, courier services, staff pantry, staff name tags, mailroom services and etc)

• Guide and orientate the Executive on the overall general office administration responsibility of the division.

• To propose, support and oversee projects from initial ideation to completion including implementation if required.

Job Requirements

• Degree of any discipline with at least 5 years of experience in corporate or general office services and real estate institutional leasing.

Platform & Data Operations establishes the functional organization of FSDs platforms. By this we mean to establish the best choice of platforms to operate, which system best fits the operational needs to perform a specific business process. In order to do this, P&D Ops not just leads the choice of system, but also coordinates the changes in those systems with a network of vendors to ensure an orderly, quick, and effective delivery.

Additionally, P&D Ops maintains, operates, and mines for data some of those platforms and ensures smooth delivery of settlement services by the other operational units.

Reporting to the Manager, Billing and Reporting, the incumbent will be responsible for providing technical/system support to the day-to-day operations for the Billing & Settlement Plan (BSP), Cargo Accounts Settlement System (CASS) and the GDC team globally.

What your day would be like

• Provide timely and proactive technical support to the operations; handles daily requests regarding Data Processing Centre (DPC) files or production issues;
• Global scope of Level 3 support to Customer Service team and Internal stakeholders;
• Monitor the Reporting Tape (RET) file processing results and work towards the mitigation of errors in future submissions;

About the project

End-to-End Equity Derivatives Automation is a project under the GM Resilience program that aims at standardizing the Equity Derivatives processing in China. The projects end objective is to achieve enhanced automation for Equity Derivative Trade Processing in China and extend the functionalities developed to other APAC locations to support added trading opportunities for the front office with a robust operational processing model and technical stack for the ITO. We are looking at a Senior IT Project manager that can manage this transformation across facets like - Systems implementation (Design, Development and Testing), Stock Migration, RACI definition and Aftercare.
