RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding including search, selection and retention of the right staff
• Handle work pass applications for new, renewal, cancellation and repatriation of foreign staff
• Highly knowledgeable in current regulations and compliance requirements from the relevant authorities and able to assess impact of changing regulations on the workplace
• Continue to improve and develop the HR function, processes and procedures and also capable of supporting ISO audit requirements

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Project Delivery:Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business requirements.

Experience and Skills Needed:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Project Management.
• Experience in full software or product development cycles, preferably using Agile Methodology.
• Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.

Added Advantage:

• Project Management experience in Agile environments.
• Project Management certifications such as CITPM, COMIT, or PMI.

• Reports to Construction Manager
• Ensure the quality of all construction work performed on site are in accordance with the company's QAQC requirement
• Visit project sites, arrange and conduct QAQC inspections
• Lead project teams in the preparation of project specific CONQUAS/Quality Management assessment by BCA with specific contract requirements
• Ensure workmanship, procedures and method statements are in accordance to specified standards
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure works are in compliance with method statements & proper sequence of work and in accordance to BCA’s good industry practice
• Ensure that all project quality records and quality audit plans are maintained.
• Prepare QA/QC Plan, inspection & test plans/check list for site activities Review inspection and testing reports
