Manager, Project Management, RM Ops, APEC role will be the Project Lead for the APEC Business Intelligence Platform (PEAK) – a data, analysis and reporting solution for On-property and Above Property Consumer Operations Stakeholders in Asia Pacific Excluding China Region. The role will be responsible for technical and analytical support required in collaboration with external vendors to build the BI Platform, the role will include, but not limited to, Data ETL, Module framework, Dashboard Design & Build, User Testing & Training Material Development. The role will also drive and execute initiatives that help through ongoing enhancements and On/Above Property Execution.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education & Experience

The Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) is a key member of the team within Private Banking. He/she supports the Relationship Manager (RM) and Team Head (TH) in daily operations, administration, client care and relationship management. The ARM interacts with internal as well as external stakeholders, provides clients with relevant information and supports the RM in implementing customized solutions in all tasks related to the delivery of excellent service to the clients. He/she may be the first point of contact for the client and as such, being able to gain the client’s confidence and give a positive, professional impression will be a strong asset. The ARM is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of client instructions, as well as the efficient handling of client enquiries, escalating to senior colleagues where necessary.
