Policy & Compliance

Sustainable Procurement

• Regularly optimize the supplier panel through performance reviews and stakeholder feedback.

• Conduct annual supplier evaluations and CSR audits.
• Integrate sustainability into all projects and provide support for group/region ESG initiatives.
• Management Reporting
• Oversee quarterly procurement reporting, including dashboards, spend analysis, and procurement project updates.
• Consistently update and communicate procurement initiatives to the local senior management team.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of professional experience, with at least 4-5 years in procurement roles.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, with experience in managing indirect categories and/or working in the luxury industry a plus.
