Job Description

• Supervise daily shop operations, retail sales, inventory controls, and other relevant duties
• Supervise and guide team towards maximum performance and service standards
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Experienced in beauty industry with proven strong record of sales
• Able to achieve outlet monthly sales target set by Management
• Deal with feedbacks and complaints from customers to maintain the outlet’s reputation
• Manpower scheduling for staff.
• Submit daily sales and revenue reports to Management
• Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or display
• Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Salary range $4500-$8000

• Overseeing the manufacturing process and ensuring efficiency and quality
• Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures
• Managing production budgets and implementing cost controls
• Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Planning and organizing production schedules, estimating, negotiating, and agreeing on production timescales with clients and managers
• Assessing project and resource requirements, ensuring that the production process is in compliance with the industry standards
• Supervising and evaluating the performance of production personnel
• Identifying training needs and organizing training interventions to meet quality standards
• Coordinating with other managers to implement the company’s policies and goals
• Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes
• Ensuring that all steps of the manufacturing process adhere to company guidelines and industry regulations.
