Daily Operations

• Liaise with the Insurance Manager (or Principals) in H&M claims handling. Provide technical input, and cost information, if required, for P&I claims (cargo and crew) and H&M claims.

Crewing

• Make performance evaluations of Masters/ Chief Engineers assigned to the vessel under supervision.

• Provide input to the Manning Department on recruitment of Senior Officers for the assigned vessels.

Dry Docking & Repairs

• Plan, manage, monitor and execute vessels repairs, dry dockings and conversions within agreed budgets.

• Arrange and follow up repairs and services.

• Coordinate with the assigned vessels and prepare the dry-docking specification in conjunction with Docking Superintendent, Fleet Services. Submit the specification to yards for quotations, evaluate the received quotations and present them to the Fleet Group Manager and/or Chief Operating Officer for review.

• Attend the dry-docking, discuss shipyard invoicing before presenting same to the Fleet Group Manager and/or Chief Operating Officer for approval.

• Prepare docking report

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

The Manager is a specialist in a specific area of health services research (HSR) with good understanding of the broad HSR landscape and trend. The Manager will offer both technical & administrative leadership and work closely with other members of a multi-disciplinary team to conduct research, particularly in his/her field of specialty, into the medical, social, economic and ethical implications of health care services to inform policy and medical decision-making as well as provide pragmatic, impactful healthcare solutions for resource planning and operations management.

The Manager will seek to pursue publication and presentation opportunities in peer-reviewed journals and international or local conferences as well as to conduct educational activity to promote and enable health services research in CGH community. The Manager will also be responsible to mentor and develop junior members within the department in his/her area of specialty. • Assists in conducting daily meetings with project team members and ensuring that latest changes are communicated to all project staff;
• Attends project kick-off meetings, ongoing meetings and project closure meetings with clients, consultants and other parties;
• Assists in conducting Mass Tool Box meeting with Safety personnel;
• Assists in tracking project performance closely to ensure that projects perform according to agreed schedule, quality and costs;
• Assists in ensuring effective compliance of contractual terms and the full and final settlement of project accounts;
• Assists in updating project development performance in monthly management meetings;

Role Overview: The Growth Manager will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will utilize data-driven strategies, lead cross-functional teams, and implement innovative campaigns across multiple channels to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve growth objectives and increase market share.
• Leverage data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and offline channels.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and drive revenue growth.

• Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to enhance growth initiatives.
• Partner with Data teams to utilize customer insights for outreach marketing and B2B partnerships.
• Continuously experiment with and iterate on marketing strategies to drive innovation and achieve measurable results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or business development, preferably in the PropTech, e-commerce, or technology industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing data-driven growth strategies that deliver measurable business results.
• Hands-on experience with multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and marketing automation tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign metrics, optimize performance, and drive ROI.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Data teams, to align goals and initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Innovative mindset with a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with customer acquisition funnels, B2B partnerships, and outreach marketing.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the PropTech or real estate industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and advanced analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Overall responsibility for the corporate accounting for group internal and external financial reporting.
2. Prepare monthly / quarterly/yearly financial reporting to the management and Head Office for review.
3. Prepare annual and 5-year budgets for the management and Head Office.
4. Manage the statutory taxation obligations - prepare GST and income tax reports and calculations.
5. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory agents on audit, tax, and any other related matters.
6. Prepare the documents/reports required by Head Office.
7. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting, preferably with 5 years of working experience in the related field, audit background is preferred but not compulsory;
2. Candidate with Singapore CA, ACCA, or other qualification body member is preferred;
3. Solid communication skills, both verbal and written;
4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Apps, candidate with VBA skills is preferred.
