Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the full spectrum of HR and administrative operations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals.
• Review and update HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.

• Review and recommend salary structures, bonuses, and incentive programs.
• Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
• Organize both internal and external training programs to support career development.
• Manage office operations, including lease agreements, facility maintenance, and vendor relations.
• Ensure a productive office environment that complies with safety regulations.
• Maintain compliance with all labor laws, health and safety standards, and internal policies.
• Prepare and present HR reports on workforce trends, turnover rates, and other key metrics to senior management.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership position.
• Preferred experience in managing work pass applications, foreign worker regulations, and office administration.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
• Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
• Proficient in HR software and systems.
• Willingness to travel to construction sites and work in both office and field environments.

• Strong knowledge of diaphragm wall construction techniques and equipment.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial management for projects.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with government agencies or large infrastructure clients.
