Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of delivery drivers for the day-to-day operations. Keep track of daily/weekly/monthly schedule, attendance, leave applicate and duty roster.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sea Freight Executive to manage and coordinate sea import shipments. This role includes handling customs permits, organizing documentation, and ensuring that all shipment processes align with company procedures. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Sea Import and Export shipments by opening files, maintaining documents, and updating shipment statuses using Sysfreight software
• Advise clients on shipment arrival details and arrange deliveries
• Process invoices accurately, ensuring correct currencies and verification of shipment weight and volume
• Handle customs declaration for Import and Export permits
• Verify Bill of Lading, invoices, and all shipment-related documents
