Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including invoicing, receipt updates, vendor invoice processing, payment arrangements and journal entries
• Process reimbursement of claims for staff
• Perform month-end account closing
• Perform quarterly GST reconciliation and submission.
• Support audit and tax queries
• Support the implementation of new processes and systems
• Handle any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Acountancy or equivalent
• Proficient in Excel will be an advantage
• Familiar with GST rules will be an advantage
• Meticulous, self-motivated, and positive attitude
• Possess strong problem-solving skills
• Good team player
• Able to work under timeline pressure
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• No S pass quota

Main Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients repairs and after-sales service
• Promoting luxury timepieces to customers
• Provide high standard of customer services to ensure the services meet and even exceed customers’ expectations
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints with professional manner
• Build long term relationship with customers
• Ensure that the security procedures are strictly followed

• Minimum 1 year working experience in the retail industry
• Have relevant experience will be an advantages
• Able to work on weekends
• Good communication skills
• Possess initiative, meticulous and details oriented
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and guidance

Job Description:

· Handle patient enquiries, registration of patients, making of appointment

· Cashier duties which includes reconciliation of daily cash collection, preparing bank-in lists and depositing of cheques and cash

· Dispensing medication as per prescription including simple stock take on a regular basis

· Assist physicians such as preparation of room and apparatus, general housekeeping for the clinic
