Reporting to the Director of PR and Marketing, the incumbent will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of the hotel’s online/social media marketing efforts. He/she will take the lead in the promotion of each internal brand/outlets, products, campaigns, events and services of the company through Omni social media channels and assets.

The ideal candidate should be well-versed in the concepts surrounding social media and digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. He/She will be social media, tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign. OVERALL OBJECTIVES

• Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting social/digital connection with stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven working experience of 1-2 years in social media marketing and/or social media management.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and oversee the preparation and review of monthly management accounts and reporting packages of a portfolio of companies;

• Maintenance of account payables (AP) creditors' records, including IBG payment records
• Collation of AP from all centres
• Keying-in of AP to the GP Dynamics Financial Software

• Batching of AP for prepayment
