We are the pioneer in perfecting fine china without the use of animal bone ash. Our wholly-owned, fully-automated factory in Dehua is also the first in the world to be Halal-certified.
Luzerne’s legacy began in Singapore but extends far beyond its shores even to Dehua where the charming county has been conferred several accolades such as The World Porcelain City and National Civilized City Award (NCCA). Its kilns are also ceremoniously inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

The brand recently inaugurated the launch of The Luzerne, Singapore, a milestone project that took more than 2 years in the making by surmounting challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic. This was preceded by the opening of The Luzerne, Dehua in 2019.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute creative content for all brand initiatives, including:
o Product launches and new collections (photography direction, visual assets)
o Retail marketing campaigns (conceptualisation, design)
o Retail visual communications (product placement, display, and signage development)
• Maintain and evolve the Luzerne brand style guide.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify opportunities for brand innovation.
• Support the brand team with research and analysis on branding initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in branding or a similar creative role (a Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, or a related field is a plus)
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, visual communication, and storytelling skills.
• Excellent understanding of brand identity and brand development principles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Ability to think creatively and translate concepts into actionable visuals
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop and Illustrator)
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and WordPress content management system (CMS) is preferred
