DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES:

All aspect pertaining to Accounts Receivable.

To receive cash/ cheques from various department for depositing to the bank. Preparation and processing of documents.

Monitor in-coming donation from various online platforms such as Giving.sg, Give asia, RED DOT ,* clicks , SAVH website and other donation platforms as assign by Finance HOD

Confirm donation and income received through the 3 banks by downloading statements online.

Assist in checking and update receipts in Sage systems.

Issuing of credit notes for OE department and invoices for general billing.

Issuing and replenish official receipt books.

Administer petty cash check.

Others:

Any assignment as assigned by Finance Manager.

Liaise with internal and external parties on any matter regards to accounts receivable.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of AR/AP experience
• Work with charity organisations preferred but not essential
• Proficient in MS Office
• Able to work independently
• Able to perform multi-task
• Good in numerical skills, organised and has eye for details
• Independent, responsible and detailed in execution of work duties

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Accounts Payable functions such as processing of invoices, payments and reconciliations
• Liaise with respective departments on payment matters and update monthly cash flow forecast for operating related costs
• Responsible for corporate credit cards reconciliation and posting into accounting system
• Responsible for preparing month end closing schedules which includes prepayments and accruals
• Perform reconciliation to statements, respond to enquires and ensure issues are addressed promptly
• Assists in statutory audit requirements

• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments or projects as required
• Perform in full set of accounting functions, prepare tax returns and assist in statutory audit and tax return requirements for smaller entities as assigned.

Requirements :

2. At least 3 years’ accounting experience as Accounts Executive role
3. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills

5. Hands-on experience in NAV or Oracle Netsuite preferred

The Lab Support Executive reports directly to the school manager(s). The position manages, supports, and maintains the laboratories within the university which are mainly used by students for class sessions, experiments, and exams/tests as part of the students’ learning. The maintenance includes the computers, software, and applications that are installed on PCs that are used for lab sessions/classes/exams/training.

The Lab Support Executive is also responsible for providing reliable IT support solutions and services to the school's lab-based programmes in the university to ensure a positive learning experience.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Support students’ capstone projects, in particular AR/VR projects
• Providing user and maintenance support which includes investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving errors for AR/VR systems
• Setup and maintain VR labs
• Configure and maintain VR lab hardware and software for use in academic programmes and applied research
• Must be able to do basic AR/VR programming and must be willing to learn how to code.
• Provide technical support on implemented systems/platforms

Job requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Computing/Immersive Media/Digital Media or related disciplines
• Hands-on experience with 3D modelling and basic AR/VR content development. Familiar with Unity3D, Android Studio etc.
• Have a firm grasp of programming languages such as C#, C/C++ and Python
• Familiarity with Google Cardboard, HTC Vive, Vive Pro, Oculus Rift or Microsoft HoloLens hardware and software
• Possess relevant certifications (or equivalent training/experience) preferred
• Able to take challenges, work independently or as a team, and be self-driven to learn new technologies

A Day in the Life

• Together with the Manager of Corporate Communications, manage branding and publicity for Kingsmen.
• Develop and produce corporate communications collaterals including but not limited to newsletters, Annual Report, EDMs, press releases, web content, presentation slides etc.
• Manage onsite branding content & signage within Kingsmen HQ
• Curate multimedia content (e.g., animation, video clips, etc) for social media and website.
• Plan, coordinate and execute internal and external corporate events, working closely with multiple departments and regional teams.
• Manage and coordinate other stakeholder visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and review sample orders, purchase orders, barcode lists, and product code details.

Take ownership of warehouse-related projects such as AGV and VLM, and ensure they are carried out and completed as per Company requirements.

Come up with initiatives to help warehouse improve operational effectiveness and cost-effectiveness, such as reducing overtime costs and packing material costs.

Ensure safety precautions are observed and carried out at all times.

Maintain warehouse area cleanliness and tidiness at all times.
