Requiments:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience with a good command of English, and can demonstrate hands-on competencies in copywriting, graphic design and video production
• Have a good understanding of the multi-channel media landscape
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content
• Excellent communicator with strong verbal and presentation skillsets, as well as people engagement skills
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software
• Excellent command of English and video production skill is required

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and professional services to customers via various channels, including hotline, email, online chat, WhatsApp, and more.
• Address customer inquiries and escalate issues to the relevant departments for quick resolution, working collaboratively to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with filing and maintaining up-to-date customer documentation as needed.
• Support the registration process and help update the daily sales report.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin for effective communication with a diverse range of customers.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
• A team player with a friendly disposition who enjoys interacting with people.
• Able to work 5.5 days a week, Tuesday to Saturday, with Sundays and 2 Mondays off.

Job descriptions:

• Support 360 marketing communication activities. This would entail project management and liaison with creative and media agencies.
• Support marketing activities to partners such as private companies & social service agencies to amplify initiatives and programmes. Producing marketing assets like collaterals and videos showcasing the programmes and partnerships to organising events.
• Manage the digital platforms that are used as engagement touchpoints.
• Coordinate and prepare reporting on the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to track and monitor marketing outcomes.

Job requirements:

• Only Singaporean.
• Minimum Degree in Marketing or any related discipline.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation and editing will be a plus.
