Makes arrangements for and co-ordinates meetings or events convened by the Nursing Department, and for catering requirements when necessary.

Collates and updates tracking sheets, budget, and any other clerical support to Nursing Department

Requisites and monitor utilization of office supplies in the Nursing department.

Supports in Training and Development - coordinate department training internal/external course and provide logistics support for training setup

Database management maintain training records, KPIs, Policies and submit training hours to Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)

Provides administration support for onboarding nurses such as IT and pass access.

Participates and supports in projects and events, and any other duties as and when assigned or appointed.

Provides non-clinical support in clinical areas.

Requirements

Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of working experience.

Good IT skills and highly proficient in MS Office applications such MS Word, Excel, Power point - Must be IT Savy as there are multiple systems needs to be learned for the role

Must be physically fit as there is a bit of walking requires as well as may need to dispatch items for training

Able to work independently in a fast paced working environment and possess good time management.

Meticulous and eye for details.

Positive work attitude and ability to work with all levels of staff.

Job Scope:

• Assist in overseeing China OEM production.
• Manage material ordering and logistics for China OEM production.
• Manage import and export shipping and distribution for China OEM production.
• Monitor material pricing for both Malaysia and China OEM production.
• Manage, improve, and implement inventory and supply chain management systems for Malaysia and China OEM production.
• Improve and implement production flow and cost-effective productivity methods for Malaysia and China OEM production.
• Maintain knowledge of building construction and materials (especially light gauge steel structural systems) for compliance with international building codes, particularly in Australia.
• Ensure a safe working environment within the production workflow.
• Assist in quality control of stock before shipment/delivery.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Able to travel
• Knowledge of building construction is a bonus

About the Opportunity

This role provides an exciting opportunity for a motivated Accounting professional who would like to be in the center of action to support the business in achieving its goals for our business entities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Responsible for full set of accounts for a few subsidiaries of the Group.
• Day to day operational activities including invoicing, payments, AR & AP.
• Prepare accounts schedules and reports.
• Perform quarterly GST reporting and submission.
• Liaison with external Auditor.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required.

What We Are Looking for

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• More than 3 years’ experience in handling full set of accounts.
• Competent in month end closing independently.
• Possess prior experience in utilizing Accounting software Microsoft Business Central.
• Knowledge with Xero would be an added advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
